Reporting to the APAC Finance Director, you will be managing a team and play a critical role in supporting the senior leadership of the region in their decision making across various aspects of the business in financial and performance analysis and financial reporting. You will also be business partnering with the various country commercial and operation teams on all commercial requests and present to them business plans, budget & forecast along with insights and explanations for variances. Other duties will include developing financial models to support both short and long term planning and develop and analyze financial and management reports to support new market development strategies. This is a highly visible role with opportunities to move around the business thus the ideal candidate is one who is hungry for success, self motivated and energetic. Strong interpersonal skills are required given that there are frequent presentations to c-suite executives.

Skills and experience required
A recognised degree in accounting or ACCA or relevant with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in excel is a must, with knowledge in SAP and HFM being advantageous.
