Additionally, you will play a key role in the budget and forecasting process, collaborating closely with the IT team to create data models that support these efforts. Your responsibility extends to delivering insightful reports and dashboards to senior management. You will also lead digitization projects aimed at improving efficiency and business performance. Strong communication, project management skills, and proficiency with relevant systems are essential for success in this role, making you the ideal candidate.
Skills and experience required
To be a strong candidate for this position, you should possess a recognized degree in business or accounting, or an equivalent qualification, and have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within multinational corporations (MNCs). Proficiency in Excel is a critical requirement, and expertise in using Power BI and experience with Oracle would be highly advantageous, as these skills will likely play a significant role in the FP&A Projects Manager role you're considering.
