Reporting directly to the MD directly, you will be get to identify and cultivate franchise opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and managing relationships with franchises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Expansion: Identify, assess, and pursue potential franchise opportunities globally, ensuring alignment with our brand vision and values.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate strong relationships with potential franchisees, guiding them through the onboarding process, and providing ongoing support.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify untapped regions and develop market entry strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand representation across all franchise outlets, maintaining our high-quality standards and customer experience.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through franchise operations.
- Training and Support: Collaborate with internal teams to design training programs and provide ongoing support to franchisees.
- Compliance: Ensure franchisees adhere to company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, market trends, and potential growth areas.
Skills Required
- Minimum 4-8 years of successful experience in business development, particularly in franchise management and expansion in the B2C sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in expanding franchises / account management exposure internationally, understanding diverse markets and consumer behaviors.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills to identify opportunities and devise effective market entry strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth in a franchise context.
- Strong process management skill sets of creating tool kits / processes / translations decks / checklist / SOP’s
- Min. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree ideally
