Stunning working location at Tanjong Pagar within the front of residences

6 days work week with shift duties

Our client is a global real estate services firm specialising in commercial property and investment management, providing services for real estate owners, occupiers is looking for a dynamic professional to join our new town team to be our front of house and facility Support. This is a new location so you will be working together with the full front office team to develop the front of house into a positive community environment for our clients. If you are passion for delivering high-end customer service and the drive to get the job done. Then this is the perfect role for you.

about the role

Your focus will be at front reception where your excellent customer service skills and professional communication skills will be a real asset. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Reception - Meeting and greeting of all visitors
  • Responding to extremely varied requests and resolving problems.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day activities of reception
  • Facilities management and adhoc duties
  • Shift 1 : 8am – 4pm (7 hrs + 1 hr break)

  • Shift 2 : 11am – 7pm (7 hrs + 1 hr break)

  • Shift 3 : 1pm – 9pm (7 hrs + 1 hr break)

This 7hr shifts allows you to clock 44 hours with a 1 day off (Sunday – Wednesday accordingly to duty roaster)

skills and requirement

Ideally you are:-

  • Highly motivated with your own initiative
  • You have high energy and the flexibility to assist customers at anytime
  • You are a professional with the maturity to be able to think on your feet
  • You enjoy working on your own
  • You have a minimum of 3 years working experience as a corporate front of house or within a 5 star hospitality front of house.
  • You are a people person and know how to build rapport and enjoy talking with people face to face and via the phone
  • Must have a positive "can do" attitude and love the challenge. You don't grow staying within your comfort zone.
