As a funds lawyer for the firm, you will provide legal advice to relevant departments, handle litigation claims, and review legal documents and correspondence. You will also be expected to provide advice pertaining to issues of private equity, as well as have an awareness of co-investment arrangements.

skills and experience required
For this role, we are looking for a qualified lawyer with at least three years of PQE and considerable experience in dispute resolution; having experience reviewing and negotiating contracts is also ideal. You will need strong communication skills and someone who can exercise their judgement and discretion regarding legal matters. We are also looking for candidates with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
