In this position, the ideal incumbent is expected to support the Lead of Investment Management to perform activities related to underlying funds in Investment Linked Policy (ILP) business which includes but not limited to corporate actions, model portfolio re-balancing activities, funds’ documentation and website maintenance. You will also support the function to develop and execute new products and funds launches.

You will be responsible to prepare and update fund related materials, support the development of products and fund solutions, which includes the development and/or review of product specifications and documentations, marketing collateral's and sales aids, as well as involvement in UAT. Provide pre and post fund and product launch support to address fund and product related queries from internal stakeholders, distributors and customers, in a timely and effective manner.
Assist in preparation of fund and product approval documents.
In order to be successful in this position, the incumbent must be comfortable to arrange regular agency seminar with regards to investment-linked funds with fund managers / investment service providers.
skills and experience required
- At least 1 year of experience as a Fund Accountant, Funds Administrator or has experience working in an Insurer or Funds management company handling funds related
- Ability to work in a team environment effectively
- Highly independent and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Process driven and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and written communication
- Adaptable and can deal with change and ambiguity
- Experienced in managing relationships with internal sales stakeholders and external fund partners
