- Incharge of daily office operations including soft / hard services
- Coordinate with contractors on renewal contracts, facilities maintenance
- Incharge of door access, security & CCTV system
- Premises Security and yearly check of extinguishers and hose reels
- Incharge of office administration (eg: meeting room booking system, renewal of car rental/ season parking, ordering for pantry/office supply)
- Attending to visitors, handling in/out postage, housekeeping of reception area
- Assist in staff onboarding (set up work desk, name card printing)
- Support in office welfare activities
skills and experience required
- Diploma in relevant studies
- 1-2 years of relevant experience from banking industry
- Ability to multitasking & good communication skills
