You will report directly into the Chief Executive officer and lead a team of 7, supporting a company size of ~500 headcounts based in Singapore. In addition, you will:

Be responsible for the P/L for the Human Resources department; driving effective human resources programs, processes and initiatives in alignment with the business’ operating plans and priorities.
Manage all aspects of Human Resources including HR operations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent management and training
Shape a strong people culture; creating and implementing welfare and wellness initiatives, be an advocate for change and CSR activities, drivbe employee satisfaction / engagement surveys
Collaborate with business leaders and management team to develop the HR strategy, OD plans, performance appraisals to drive high performance
Review and streamline business processes relating to HR

skills and experience required

Min Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
12+ years’ experience within a Generalist HR position, with min. 5 years’ experience within a management capacity
Experience within the FMCG, F&B, retail, hospitality and / or services sector is essential
Track record in leading HR and people strategies, managing full end-to-end HR, achieving company’s objectives and targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with employees of all levels and gradings
Familiar with all local employment laws as per Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, CPF Act and Workmen’s Compensation Act
Passionate about culture, business growth and people development
