Our client is one of the most accomplished and reputable retailers in the consumer goods market and they have proven to have a long-standing reputation in consistent progression in an increasingly sophisticated market. They are looking for a Retail General Manager to propel their business in Singapore.

about the role

Reporting to the MD, you will have the over arching responsibility for the P&Ls of their 10+ stores business here Singapore . The role will also head a team of incumbents at different levels and roles to design and bring about new transformations that allow greater growth towards the firm and business. In addition, you will be accountable for developing and delivering strategies for continual improvement in the area of operational excellence as well as solid merchandising plans and roll outs.

skills & experience required

To qualify for this role, you will possess 20+ years’ work experience with business and sales background. Degree qualified, you will come with demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders.

You will come with, proven expertise in managing change in order to facilitate growth is essential, as is the ability to develop and foster a high performance culture and contribute proactively to the Executive team.
