My client is a global professional services organisation with a great track record of success within their industry. They are hiring a Global Channel Sales Director to manage Channel Partners P&L and grow the business.

about the job
As Channel Sales Director you will be responsible for :

  • Leading the business strategy and operations to operate effectively and increase the Channel Sales input to entire P&L.
  • You will be responsible for sals performance, geographical expansion and engagement strategy to get the best out of the channel partner ecosystem.
  • Anticipate and identify market or operational challenges to proactively solution them and guarantee a smooth-running and performing team.
  • Manage a global team and own their performance metrics and overall organisational development.
  • Lead the capability development of the organisation by ginving inputs in product development and technology inclusion to ensure a well oiled sales organisation.

skills and experience required

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing Channel Sales.
  • A background in managing high performance teams with a global exposure.
  • Track record of high performance in a highly agile environment.
  • Demonstrated experience as a key contributor to executive business strategy.
