Strong branding in the market with a long history, this technology MNC has been growing in the market. Currently, they are looking for a Global Process Lead (Projects) for their SSC.

about the role

Reporting to the head of SSC, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Projects related business processes for the shared service. You will design the process that includes Project sales and accounting, recording via timesheets, revenue recognition, project management and scheduling, global process with global resourcing. You will also do the project accounting and reporting. You will create metrics to measure the success of the project related processes across all countries and enable the analysis of large data sets to facilitate trend analysis. You will drive process adoption across the organisation. You will plan, lead and facilitate process initiatives to improve efficiency of the business. You will own the Projects Roadmap in SAP and synchronize process improvements with other tower leads. You will design the end-to-end process at the enterprise level. You will establish a strong control environment for the Finance operations. You will work with key stakeholders to ensure the process is fit for purpose. You will also assist stakeholders in the resolution of complex or exception issues.
