Our Client is an established MNC with offices in Europe and Asia. With rapid expansion and technology investment plan, they are now looking for a new IT Engineer / IT Executive / IT VIP Support / IT Analyst to join their team.
About the job
Your role involves:
- Working in a global team, you will being the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and will play a crucial role in resolving problems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the smooth operation of our IT operations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to identify the root cause and implement appropriate solutions
- Record, track, and escalate incidents and service requests using the designated ticketing system
- Provide timely updates and follow-up to end-users regarding the status of their issues
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems and ensure prompt resolution
- Leading IT projects related to Corporate desktop computing such as email, anti-virus software, archiving, backups and etc
- Reviewing and maintaining Security framework and information security polices
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of Service Desk / Helpdesk / IT Support experience. Exposure to remote IT tools and ticketing systems such as Jira, BMC remedy, Zendesk and etc is required for this role.
Candidates with regional / global exposure will be required for this role.
Proven track record in Information Security will be highly preferred.
