The global HR Business Partner would support the global Head of HR to business partner the leadership team for the trading business unit. You will partner with business leaders in Asia, Europe, UK and US to align HR to the business helping the business recruit, develop and retain talent, through leading on employee engagement, talent management and compensation. As this position is succession planning for the current Head of HR, you will lead on HR projects across the business and lead parts of the HR team during the transition period.

The successful candidate will be degree educated with 15+ years experience in HR in a HR leadership of HR Business Partnering position. You have experience working in an international business, partnering and influencing an international leadership team with a passion for talent management.
