Our client is an established multinational within the technology sector. They are well known globally and have a regional presence in about 150 countries. They have constantly invested in developing new strategies for the business. Due to their recent business plans and expansion in Asia Pacific they are looking for a HR Business Partner to join its regional headquarters in Singapore. This would be a good opportunity for you to gain in depth hands on experience.

about the job

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be undertaking the role of a HRBP. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions. This role will require you to engage with both internal and external stakeholders across all levels and play a pivotal role within internal communicaation and employee engagement. You are also required to rpovide end to end support of all HR functions across, at the same time business partner the respective business leaders and HR representatives across the region covered.

skills and experience required
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. You should be highly familiar with the full suite of HR operations. You will need to be highly proficient in and have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. It will be advantageous if you have experience withn a start up organization. You will be an individual who is able to perform well in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
