With an established history my client is a prestigious organization within the professional services industry. With plans to further grow the business, they are now looking for a dynamic and self motivated individual to join the team as a Global Head of HR.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a global Head of HR, your responsibilities includes but not limiting to:

  • Develop, design and implement key hr strategies and initiatives that are aligned to business practices and market requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted business leader and a subject matter expert on the end to end spectrum of HR functions; guide stakeholders in pursuit of business growth and excellence.
  • Design employee engagement strategies that improve morale and retain top talent.
  • Guide management and stakeholders through organizational restructuring to create flexible, cost effective workforce as and when required.
  • Participate and lead ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist management team with communication plans and business wide meetings.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the CEO and be managing a team based in Europe

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in HR or other related fields of studies. You will possess minimally 12 years of experience and have at least 5 years of leadership experience. You will be used to working in complex fast changing environments and have a strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving HR projects. Due to liasing with Mandarin speaking collegues in China, Mandarin speaking is required for this position.
