about the company

Our client is a prestigious international law firm at the forefront of the legal industry.

This is a new position, looking for a Global IT Specialist to be a part of their team.



about the job

As a Global IT Specialist, you will be required to:

  • Respond to customer incidents and requests received via phone, email, or other standard methods within agreed SLAs.
  • Provide onsite desktop support to customers, remote control and administration tools.
  • Manage end user assets & configuration. Ensure asset tracking systems are updated appropriately
  • Create, update, and delete user accounts in Active Directory and supported applications.
  • Assist with audio-visual conferencing setup, scheduling & support.
  • Perform basic system management and operational tasks.
  • VIP support

This is a permanent position.

No shift work is required, you will work on Mondays to Fridays with regular working hours.



skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Min Diploma is required
  • Min 2-3 years experience in IT Support overall (Helpdesk / Desktop)
  • Experience in Legal / Professional Services firms will be a plus
  • Microsoft Windows 2008/2012 Server + Active Directory experience
  • Citrix remote access system and Microsoft Outlook email systems and mobile email access
  • Familiar with technologies:
    • Document Management, Case Management, Dictation, Time recording, Enterprise Apps, Intranet, Citrix, VPN, Cisco Phones,
  • Polished and an excellent communicator who can work independently
