Our client is an award-winning prestigious global management consulting firm.

Looking to expand their current IT Global Service Desk team, they are looking for a Global Service Desk Analyst to sit in the Singapore office.


This is a permanent role and the first hire in their local office.

about the job

As a Service Desk Agent, you will be a part of a global team to ensure all requests are met in a timely manner and a high level of customer service is provided

  • Handling the voice calls and emails
  • Requests are fulfilled at first call or dispatched timely to appropriate fulfilment parties
  • Use Remote Desktop tool to assist the end users as required
  • Monitor the tickets queue, Assigning/Reassigning and follow up of tickets as per SOPs
  • To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including windows operating systems and across a range of software applications

Responding to (internal) customer queries from all offices:

o Re-setting password

o Accessing documents

o Creating new user accounts

o Building laptops

You will work regular working hours.

skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Min 1 year of experience in technical IT helpdesk / desktop support
  • Polished and clear communication skills to be part of a global team
  • Soft skills: Enthusiastic, proactive, bubbly with a customer service oriented attitude
  • Self-starter and able to work indepedently
  • Thrive in a professional, corporate environment
