about the job

Due to continued success, this company is looking to hire two (2) Singapore-based Technical Support Specialist as part of the Global Technical Support Team. You will be stationed in the Singapore office, and provide real-time application and troubleshooting advice to customers worldwide via phone and emails.

• Attend to inbound post-sales enquiries from global customers; remotely provide technical advice to resolve user challenges including software application, mechanical breakdown, and product quality, etc
• Provide service and support for indirect markets / distributors in South East Asia and South Asia; align channel partner’s processes with your company’s policies, specifications and requirements
• Initiate and provide technical training to customers; maintain good working relationships with customers to ensure service satisfaction
• Proactively participate in global projects to identify, establish and streamline Global Technical Support working process; represent APAC customer voices in global meetings

First-in-class product trainings will be provided and you will attend such tranings in the company's global headquater.

skills and experience required

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Cell Biology, Immunology, or related fields
• 3 years+ lab research experience with immune cells (T cell, B cell, or NK cells); experience obtained via PhD or “Master by Research” programme is also considered
• Hands-on experience with cell sorter / flow cytometer, cell imaging / confocal microscopy, or histology / tissue staining
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
