In this role, you will lead the Group FP&A team of more than 5 people. You will be in charge of the annual budget and forecasts, capital expenditure analysis and industry comparisons. You will support the senior management on the preparation of board presentations asn annual operating plan analysis. In this role, you will enhance the group wide annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including timelines, meetings and reporting. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices. You will evaluate the scope, risks and potential returns of new projects, You will also prepare Return on Investment (ROI) analysis, project prioritization and capital budget monitoring. You will prepare the monthly and quarterly reporting, review financials from subsidiaries. You will be involved in any digital initiatives or system implementation to enhance reporting.

skills and experience required
You should ideally possess a degree in accounting with more than 20 years of professional experience. You have strong analytical and problem solving skills. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are a strong team player and a good leader. Prior experience managing a team of more than 5 headcount will come as a strong advantage for this role.
