As a key member of the Group FP&A team, you will have the chance to make a real impact on our company's future. You'll be responsible for preparing forecasts, budgets, and reports critical to our management's decision-making process. Your insights will be instrumental in measuring our performance indicators and driving our business forward. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, influencing decision-making, and contributing to our organization's overall success.
You'll be at the forefront of delivering profit and loss (P&L) information, assisting our key stakeholders in making informed decisions. You'll Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, along with annual budgets at the Group level. These financial reports will be presented to our Senior Management, where your input will be valued. You'll play a significant role in creating forecast and budget presentations for senior management, highlighting key assumptions, drivers, trend analysis, and potential scenarios. Your insights will guide our strategic direction. You'll identify and track key drivers for our business and develop mechanisms to enhance efficiency through effective tracking, reporting, and analytical evaluation. You'll ensure the implementation of sound financial and risk management policies and procedures to maintain internal control, proper accounting practices, financial reporting, and compliance with Group policies. You'll take the lead in resolving conflicts through collaborative efforts, fostering positive outcomes among different Markets and relevant stakeholders. You'll contribute to our digital transformation by providing support for system implementations that involve the finance function.
skills and experience required
You should ideally possees a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with a minimum of 10-12 years of relevant working experience in finance and accounting, with the opportunity to leverage your expertise to make a significant impact. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey your insights effectively. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. You have advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint to create impactful presentations and reports. You can thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, and working under pressure, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
