Reporting to the Head of IT & Marketing, this is a newly created position. about the jobProject ManagementLead requirements gathering from users/ clients. Develop system requirements specifications (SRS) and business cases for application implementations and ensuring technical feasibility. Create and manage comprehensive project documentations (e.g. project plans/ schedules, resource planning, risk/ mitigation plans, change plans) including tracking and monitoring of key milestones and deliverables. Define project schedules, allocate resources and being accountable for project progress.Perform gap analysis and detailed documentation between the existing and new processes.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, timeline, and budget.Testing of the application before handing over to business teams for UAT. Lead and guide users to perform UAT.Report & escalate issues timely to mitigate impact to scope, timeline, and budget.Work on multiple projects simultaneously. Stakeholder ManagementConsistently align project objectives to company goals, communicate and engage the project team on the overall objective to ensure smooth execution. Lead project team with design and development tasks involving Marketing and OperationsVendor Management - Foster partnership with customers, stakeholders and sponsors, managing quality, delivery and cost. Risk & Issue management and mitigation plans and issue resolution.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentationThought leadershipRoll out key tech projects that champion as an innovation leader in the industryManage proof-of-concept innovation projects end-to-end, and work with key stakeholders e.g. business owners, the site team, clients and end users to deliver positive business outcomesEngage with teams for the purpose of embedding innovation-friendly processes, and introducing new ways of workingEngage with external partners to share opportunities with the wider business teamskills and experience requiredMinimally Diploma/ Degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing or equivalent. Minimally 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in delivering end-to-end technology and/ or innovative solutions, from ideation to launch. Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodology.Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, ITIL and ITSM are preferred.Strong interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills. Good understanding of business & IT strategy, coupled with a customer-focused mindset. Proven competencies in design thinking and business model innovation. Ability to work both independently as an individual contributor and also thrive in a collaborative environment.
