Our Client, an up and coming indoor theme park aims to provide kids and adults of all age an experience to having an extreme fun in a safe environment. The park provides a full range of sport activities including golf, obstacle courses, trampolines, ball games and many other freestyle activities! Singapore is the third theme park opened in Asia and the park is located conveniently in the Central Business District. Exciting guest relation opportunities arise now for passionate individual to join the corporate office in Singapore!

Being part of the pioneer team in Singapore means you get to lead and mould the team together with the senior management and be part of the success in the next twelve months. Whether you are the Team Leader or the Guest Relations Executives depends on your past work and leadership experiences. You will provide customers with excellent services over telephone calls, emails and direct interactions, handle daily queries, follow through feedback provided by customers, build rapport and relationship with individual and corporate guests, ensure that all bookings are done accurately and efficiently, organise site visits and events. To help the business grow, you are often engaged in brain storming sessions to come up with new business ideas and improvement opportunities.

Working details:

  • 5.5 days work week including weekends
  • 9am to 6pm
  • Location: Central

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with 3 years of customer service or guest relations experiences for the Executive role and additionally 2 years of supervisory experiences for the Team Leader role. Ideally you have worked within the tourism or sports industry.

In return, this role offers salary between S$2500 to S$4500 depending on seniority and experiences.
