Our client is one of the leading leader in banking industry is looking for a dynamic professional to join the admin & professional team. This is a new role so you will be working together with the full front office team to develop the front of house into a positive community environment for our clients. If you are passion for delivering high-end customer service and the drive to get the job done. Then this is the perfect role for you.

about the role

Your focus will be at front reception where your excellent customer service skills and professional communication skills will be a real asset. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • handle all incoming calls in a professional manner
  • receive/greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • ensure cleanliness and tidiness of reception area and meeting rooms
  • ensure proper distribution of daily newspaper and magazine
  • manage client meeting rooms and Video Call reservation schedules
  • handle internal/external mail courier and franking of letters
  • handle collection and dispatch of daily incoming mails
  • handle and maintain office stationery and supplies stock inventory
  • arrange flight and hotel bookings for employees / visitors / clients, as when required
  • make hotel bookings for visitors/clients when needed
  • arrange transportation for management/ visitors / clients, as when required
  • perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assign

skills and requirement

Ideally you are:-

  • Friendly and pleasant personality
  • Excellent personal grooming
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have a minimum of 3 years working experience as a corporate front of house or within a 5 star hospitality front of house.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
