Collaborate with the CEO and management team to establish the strategic vision, which includes defining the appropriate learning outcomes and assessment criteria. Offer strategic guidance and advice throughout the development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of existing assessment procedures, operations, and systems.
Create and manage a process for evaluating the competencies of certified professionals. Oversee the standard setting for assessment questions and answers to ensure the evaluation of candidate's competencies.
Lead the development, organisation, analysis, and reporting of candidate learning outcomes and competency data to facilitate their re certification. Gather and analyse assessment data to support the review of the assessment framework and to enhance performance.

skills and experience required
The successful candidate will be educated in HR or Psychology and ideally have BPS level 1 or 2. You will have 5+ year experience leading team in assessment or learning & development or in education. With strong communication and presentation skills you will used to influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders
