    A diversified group of companies is looking for a Head of Benefits to lead a benefits transformation programme.

    about the job

    As the head of Benefits, you will lead the harmonisation of benefits across multiple entities in an unionised environment. You will be expected to understand existing models and structures and assist in developing, evaluating, and implementing benefits that address the business needs better. You will also be expected to communicate with various stakeholders, ensuring that executed revised or new plans have the utmost clarity, ensuring that no stakeholder is uncertain of any change. Plan for communication activities with HRBPs to support new/revised Benefits programmes in assigned employee groups, ensuring no key stakeholder is left unsure of the changes.

    You will be the head of benefits, and you will be reporting to the CHRO and managing a benefits program manager.

    skills and experience required

    The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree with more than ten years of experience leading benefits programmes and led on change management. Candidates should also be strong communicators who can encourage collaboration, be collaborative individuals, communicate with various stakeholders, and have strong analytical skills.
