About Our Client
Our client is in the payments space with a growing product range and regional presence. Due to the continuing business requirements, there is now a role for a Head of Compliance to lead the regional compliance team.

Responsibilities
As the key liaison with regional regulators, you will manage a regional team to drive the development, improvement and implementation of the risk and compliance frameworks and policies together with the effective implementation of the policies within the business operations according to regulatory requirements. You will ensure timely reporting to the regulators and lead any new license applications and the maintenance of the current licenses. As a key business partner, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to advise on areas including but not limited to new product launches, new market expansion and business transactions.

Requirements
You are degree qualified with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in compliance in the payments space with a strong knowledge of MPI licensing regulations.
