about the company

We are working with one of the premier insurers looking to transform their customer service teams and improve customer experience.


about the job

You will partner the CEO to drive customer experience and service vision, values and approaches in the organization. This role would require the incumbent who has a successful track record in transforming customer service and worked on customer experience projects to implement new initiatives and service models for the organization. The incumbent will also manage contact centre operations as well as the change delivery team to drive projects focused on improving the customer journey and deploy and drive improvements to customer experience KPIs(NPS, CSAT, CES) across all touchpoints.

skills and experience required

You should have at least 10 years of experience in driving customer service and experience projects across the region and led contact centre operations.
