• Leading the ERP team that supports finance, supply chain management, and other functions while providing guidance and coaching to team members.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders across various departments to identify business requirements and design efficient ERP solutions.
• Overseeing the implementation and configuration of the ERP system, ensuring it meets the company's functional and technical requirements.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the ERP system, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes.
• Ensuring data integrity and security within the ERP system by establishing and enforcing appropriate policies and procedures.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in ERP systems to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborating with IT teams to integrate the ERP system with other business applications and systems.
• Providing training and support to end-users, maximizing the utilization and adoption of the ERP system.

Skills and experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role managing large scale enterprise level for ERP systems for SAP / Oracle.

You should have at least 5 years of leadership experience, having managed a large team of at least more than 5 direct reports.

Any exposure within a regional/global capacity in a Manufacturing setup is advantageous to have.
