Our client is a well established FMCG MNC and they are currently looking for a Head of Finance to join them.
About the job
Reporting to the General Manager you will be leading a team and be responsible for the full suite of accounting and finance activities for the Asia region. This is a key role given you will be business partnering with both local and regional teams across the various functions to provide insights and analysis to management and build up the company’s strategy and direction to meet business objectives. You will also be responsible for alleviating the finance team’s capabilities and ensuring that finance processes, compliance, controls and risk management are more robust and efficient. The ideal candidate is one who is ambitious with strong stakeholder management skills and is able to work well in a fast-paced complex setting.
Skills and experience required
A recognised degree in accounting or ACCA or relevant with at least 10 years of relevant experience with leadership experience being a must have. Candidates with FMCG/Retail experience would be highly preferred.
