    Our client,a HR end to end SaaS organisation. They recently secured their series C and is looking to expand into Asia Pacific. In 2021, the firm doubled its top line in APAC and are now looking for a head of growth marketing to lead the APAC region.


    about the job

    As the head of growth marketing for this company, you will be responsible for:

    • Setting up and managing marketing channels such as paid marketing, SEO, content marketing, CRO, ASO, affiliate and email marketing automation
    • Owning the company’s growth strategy and using it to create go to market plans for new launches
    • Having a deep understanding of our data and insights to identify how user acquisition and engagement can be accelerated, and also measure the company’s marketing effectiveness
    • Ensuring that regional, global and local growth initiatives are aligned
    • Identifying scaling opportunities with the executive team
    • Developing and executing set growth marketing strategies using KPIs that are well aligned with the business objectives
    • Building and manage the growth and strategy team via goal setting, coaching, effective management, to bring all initiatives to new heights through a culture of structured experimentation

    skills and experience required

    This role is perfect for you if you have:

    • More than 7 years of experience in a fast-paced, high growth startup environment
    • Deep understanding of the southeast asian market in HR Tech industry
    • High agility, ability to match the competitive environment
    • Experience working with C-suite leaders to identify and solve critical business problems while also actively building the company’s brand image
    • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills to work with stakeholders and partners across all levels
    • Proven analytical and reporting skills, to be able to identify, analyze and report key business metrics and data to drive subsequent business decisions
    • Enthusiasm for the industry, ability to motivate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from all levels, backgrounds and cultures
