Head of HR Development

(Up to $150,000 per annum + VB)

About the company

Our client is a renowned group of business in the healthcare industry. Due to the rapid growth and strong funding in their research centres, they are inviting dynamic individual to join them in their group consolidation.

About the job

You will be a strategic partner to both the retail and corporate team to develop the people’s agenda for growing, retaining and engaging the talents across the various BUs coming together as a group. You will formulate HR strategies, policies and processes in alignment with the parent holding group. You will be optimizing and scaling day-to-day HR Ops and be a trusted and credible HR partner to all the senior stakeholders in the business. Your scope will also include but not limiting to:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to simplify and optimize HR Processes
  • Be a strategic partner to the business to drive and execute HR initiatives
  • Work with shared service to develop and implement HR strategies for the different BUs upon consolidation
  • Identifying training gaps and introduce effective training programs, tailoring to drive improvement within the retail floor to upskill their skill set
  • Perform streamlining and reviewing of HR processes to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee performance management to drive employee performance, talent planning reviews and succession planning across all BUs,

  • Excellent stability with good job exposure in handling medical and C-suite professionals

Skills & experience required

You will be degree qualified from a well positioned university with preferable qualifications in HRM or related field and demonstrate at least 15 years of experience preferably in similar capacity with leadership experience. Relevant industry experience within the professional services/biomedical/healthcare verticals is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who enjoys working in a structured environment coupled with good stakeholder management skills. You are also known for your innovative and persuasive persona to influence the business with ideas. Other than the mentioned, you will also be a nurturing leader who believes in moulding and grooming your team.
