Leading a HR team of 6 and reporting in to the COO, this role will:

Manage end-to-end HR activities including business partnering, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, HR operations, training and development, performance management and employer branding
Drive talent acquisition efforts and build a steady talent pipeline for the region
Identify training needs and support the learning & development requirements
Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
Review and improve existing compensation and benefits policies
Support other HR initiatives

skills and experience required

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of HR Generalist experience, with experience leading a team
Strong communication skills and relationship management
Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
Independent and self-motivated
Collaborative and a team player
