UP to $180K per annum + VB

Our client is a renowned asset management company with strong recognition globally; They have established their footprint across the globe and is one of the largest financial conglomerate in their native land.

You will get the opportunity to drive department’s Leadership Framework implemented in the area of; Recruiting, Performance review, and People development. Based on business development strategy & plan, your role will also focus on starting up HR processes, introducing HR best practices within the industry to further improve the employer brand. You will also integrate people development to performance management in order to provide overall HR support by leveraging on various HR methodologies, tools, measurable, and processes. Your role will also involve partnering with your business stakeholders for talent identification, development measures and succession planning.

You will set up the HR function from scratch in the local office and work alongside the corporate support team to meet business objectives. This role will require this incumbent to be independent and hands on when it comes to matter concerning HR Ops.

skills and experience required
You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience within the financial services industry is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to multi-task and work well across different business functions with the ability to relate well and communicate effectively with business stakeholders of all cultural levels. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is dynamic, organized with the ability to work well in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Due to organizational development plans in the pipeline, you will also be someone that is receptive and resilient to changes.
