about the job

You will lead HR initiatives from scratch and overlook all matters pertaining to people's agenda. You will also be a key person in the SG business to act as a people advisor to work closely alongside the APAC leadership team to create the desired culture and employer brand to continue to grow the SG market. Working alongside the co-founders, your key role would be to lead the SG team and collaborate with all the global offices to achieve desired business objectives. Your role will include but no limiting to:

  • Execute and manage all HR programs and initiatives globally
  • Ownership of all HR areas including learning & development, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and facilities management
  • Be a strategic partner to the business to design, drive and execute HR initiatives
  • Define, create and deploy the hiring plan and roadmap for your global team, and grow the overall HR team headcount
  • Develop robust L&D and performance management programs for the company
  • Provide advice, consultation, and coaching for senior management, department managers, and team managers on strategic and day-to-day matters

about the manager/team

You will be reporting into the HR Director based out of SG and work closely with the internal TA in SG to build up the team.

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified in HRM and/or qualifications in related fields of studies and demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in similar capacity. Experience with start up environments within the tech industry is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone with excellent communication skills, enjoys working in innovative and multi-cultural fast pace environments.
