about the company
Headquartered in Singapore, my client is a well established organization within the Technology industry and they provide online social media services to their users. To date, their platforms have grown rapidly across the SEA region and they have gained strong presence in different key markets. Due to increasing growth and expansion plans, they are now looking for a Head of HR to join the team and oversee the SEA region.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a Head of HR, your role includes but not limting to:

  • Manage the end to end spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, C&B, Training and Development, HR Operations, Change Management etc.
  • Participate and implement key initiatives and strategies that are highly aligned to business practices.
  • Provide coaching and oversee the HR team, ensuring that the team is highly robust and commerically focused.
  • Manpower budget and policy recommendations.
  • Analyze key data and develop key metrics (cost of hire, attrition/ retention rates, talent pipelines, training costs etc.) in order to develop insights, drive decisions and come up with improvement plans.
  • Responsible for dealing with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery on day to day HR related matters, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day HR matters for all the business units in SEA.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the CEO and be managing a team of 6.

skills and experience require
You will be Degree qualified with preferable qualifications in HRM or any related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of Generalist experience. Candidates who has experience working in a Tech start up are highly encouraged to apply. You will possess regional experience and be a tech savvy individual. Besides, you will be a strategic thinker who would be able to partner the stakeholders. You will also be someone who is able to work well in a high performance culture and known for your excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders. You will have the ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast paced environment. Other than the mentioned, you will also be someone who displays excellent leadership skills and be able to work well in a multi-cultural environment.
