Our Client is a Multi Billion market leader within their industry. With at least 10,000 employees worldwide, our client is committed in technology investment and they are now looking for a new Director / Associate Director to manage the team (IT Governance, IT Risk, IT Audit and Information Security).


About the job

Your responsibility involves:

• Providing thought leadership for the internal IT (Information Security, IT Governance , IT Risk , IT Audit) team
• Providing strategic planning and direction for the implementation of IT GRC (Governance, risk management, and compliance)
• Developing and executing information security strategies and related IT Security policies within the organizations. This includes conducting continuous assessment of IT security practices and policies to improve the security posture of the company
• Establish clear IT and Technology-related policies/guidelines and processes to safeguard data integrity and governance
• Managing demands from senior business stakeholders - setting and managing their expectations, identifying needs and providing solutions.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, You should have at least 10 years of experience in Information Security and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance). At least 8 years of in a leadership role with proven track record in managing an internal team. Proven track record in implementing cybersecurity-related statutory/security management framework, such as ISO 27000, ISO 27001, PCI, GDPR, PDPA and etc is required for this role.

Proven track record of engagement with C-level business stakeholder is required.
