Our Client is a well-established company with global footprint across more than 30 countries. With rapid expansion and technology investment plan, they are now looking for a Head of Infrastructure/Head of IT/ IT Director to join their team.
About the job
Reporting directly to the General Manager, your role involves:
- Accountable for managing and ensuring smooth IT Operations (Systems, Network)
- Handling IT strategy and roadmap of the infrastructure
- Identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation to improve business efficiency for both corporate users and operation staff
- Oversee process to ensure the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and supporting Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) are met
- Responsible for leading a team in the areas of service transformation, service management, metrics, and reporting benchmarking against ITIL ITSM Framework and standards
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of IT infrastructure (System and network) experience. You will have at least 5 years of experience in team management. Exposure to senior business stakeholder management and IT strategy is required for this role
