About the Job
As a Head of IT (Analytics and Infrastructure), your responsibilities involve:
- Leading the Analytics team on Data Analytics projects, this includes the deliveries and data analytics strategies
- Establishing the right tools and best practices through the use of Analytics to improve existing systems and technologies, this includes the development of better products and systems in alignment with the organisational needs.
- Taking ownership of IT infrastructure such as Networks, Servers while leading a team of IT engineers to ensure IT systems and applications meet the needs of the business.
- Establishing IT security and Cyber security standards, this includes providing IT strategies to improve the IT security posture of the company.
Skills and Experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 10 years of working experience in Data Analytics coupled with a good experience in IT systems and networks with a strong knowledge in driving best practices for IT Security.
Any working experience in automation engineering / Machine to Machine / IoT environments is advantageous to have
