About the company

Our client is a Government linked corporation with more than 40 years of experience within their area of specialization. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new Vice President, Digital Technology Transformation (Digital, Data Analytics) to lead the IT Digital transformation project.

About the job

Your responsibility includes:

• Advising the board members and business stakeholders on the adoptions and translation of digital technology to improve business performances
• Designing and driving IT digitalization in support of the company’s business strategies and become a more customer-centric through data analytics/Predictive analytics, CRM, digital marketing and etc,
• Leading the data transformation journey, utilizing data effectively to gain insights of the business and make informed decisions to improve business capabilities using advanced/predictive analytics
• Establishing clear IT and Technology-related policies/guidelines and processes to safeguard data integrity and Security governance

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, You should have proven track record in leading IT digitalization transformation (Data Analytics, predictive/advanced analytics and etc). Strong stakeholder management at C-level with exceptional influencing skills to gather buy-in from various stakeholders.
