    About the client

    Our client is a Global market leader within the Fintech industry. They are a listed Multinational Organisation with a well established presence of more than 10 years. With rapid expansion plans, they are now looking for a Head of IT Service Management to be a part of their team.


    About the Job

    As a Head of IT Service Management, your responsibilities involve:

    • Leading aspects of IT Service Management to enable efficient and effective capabilities such as, but not limited to, Incidents, Problems, Change and Service Request management.
    • Overseeing ITSM capabilities such as Capacity Management, Availability Management, Service Level Management and Performance Reporting, this includes internal and external support teams.
    • Providing leadership to IT Service Desk, ID Management and End User Computing teams.
    • Managing all aspect of the day-to-day operations, tools/technologies, manpower and financials for the departments under his/her charge.
    • Leading the continuous refinement and improvement of technologies and processes to improve service level. This would include defining/refining the associated policies and procedures.
    • Owning key performance indicators for the IT Service capabilities with intent to meet or exceed expectations
    • Managing projects and initiative to bring about improvements to the IT Service Management capabilities.
    • Establish considerations for business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

    Skills and experience required

    As a successful candidate, you should have at least 8 years of working experience in a leadership role managing IT services management capabilities. You should have strong stakeholder management skills to manage both business and IT stakeholders coupled with good risk management techniques and application when it comes to IT Project management and Operations.

    Any Professional Certifications in ITSM such as ITIL is advantageous to have.
