about the job
As the Head of Logistics, you will report directly to the Managing Director.

• Oversee and manage all facets of freight operations, encompassing Air Freight and Ocean Freight.
• Ensure efficient management of import and export processes, including procurement, consolidation, and transshipment.
• Lead and cultivate a streamlined team to drive operational excellence and enhance cost management.
• Manage the profit and loss for the freight division, ensuring profitability through effective cost control and revenue growth.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.

skills and experience required

• Preferably 8 years of experience in freight management
• Deep knowledge of the global shipping and logistics industry, combined with experience in managing profit and loss
