My client is a global leader and a well renowned name in their industry. Having been in Singapore for many years and running a succesful industry leading business, they are looking to hire a Head of Marketing to spearhead the brand strategy and customer acquisition function, leading a team of 12 people in Singapore.

about the job

  • Develop a 360-overarching marketing and communication strategy encompassing advertising, Public Relations, Events, branding and communication with key objectives of generating leads, establishing and growing target market share.
  • Build brand awareness and act as brand custodian for the brand across all touch points and departments. Work closely with the business development and sales teams on brand initiatives.
  • Create new revenue streams by activating digital channels and using customer acquisition funnel to reach a wider audience of prospective customers.
  • Lead Corporate marketing, Public Relations as well as Internal Comms for the organisation.
  • You will work with a range of agencies and hold a multi million dollar marketing budget. Ofcourse your KPIs would be ROI centric.

about the manager/team
The organisation is at a crossroads where they feel the brand needs a 'turn-around'. As such, you will be given the support and resources to flip the brand perception.

skills and experience required

  • You will be a Senior Marketing Leader with atleast 15 years of relevant experience and 5 years of experience leading large marketing teams and budget.
  • You will be an expert B2B and B2C marketer with a plethora of experience and track record of succesful brand campaigns and a strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to think strategically, savvy in analyzing and measuring impact.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels across the organization, and to engage people at different levels and across culture.
  • Strong relationship management and collaborative skills with the ability to balance expectations of multiple stakeholders and effective at negotiating outcomes.
