about the job
In this role, you will play a vital aspect in directing the creation and implementation of communications strategies in support of the global offices. Other responsibilities include:
- Create and execute strategic Communications and Public Relations plans to accomplish long and short-term business and brand positioning objectives.
- Convey the company's basic principles with the public, influence consumers attitudes, establish a positive impression, and increase brand awareness.
- Manage the planning of annual internal communication events to improve communication between employees.
- Offer guidance to BUs and subsidiaries on their tactical and strategic marketing plans.
- Oversee the creation of all corporate materials, such as direct mailers, newsletters, videos etc.
- Coordinate all company-sponsored social and business activities.
- Create a positive rapport and relationship with the media with the goal of shaping media coverage for the betterment of the organization.
- Provide stakeholders and management with assistance on matters pertaining to crisis management and business sustainability.
skills and experience required
The ideal applicant should come with at least 8 years of Marketing Communications experience to support successful campaigns and brand recognition. He/She should be an expert in strategic communication, which includes media & Public Relations, planning communications, crisis management, and using digital, social, & print media.
