Our client is a well-established conglomerate across several industries and is hiring for their B2C portfolio companies. As part of their business expansions and in order to create synergy with their existing business units, they have created a Merchant Strategy and Acquisition Head to support their business needs.

Reporting to the Business Unit Head, this newly created role will be responsible for influencing and developing the strategy and go-to-market to grow their B2C acceptance and market share. The responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:
- Build robust relationships with external stakeholders, deepen their partner networks, and develop a strong merchant base and penetration rates across F&B and retail sector in Singapore.
- Lead vital strategies to drive merchant strategies and synergies, creating growth for the businesses.
- Lead a team to ensure sustainable growth and key strategies implemented timely.

skills & experience required


- At least 8 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
- Demonstrated track record in running key strategies and driving merchant acquisition and partnership strategies are critical for the role.
- Experienced in leading, managing, and developing a team in the fintech/rewards programs/eCommerce industry.
- Possess strong networks within the F&B and retail.
