    About the Company
    We concentrate on 4 market segments (automotive, aerospace, telecom/datacom and industrial). We covered quality assurance modules, test systems and intelligent networking solutions complete the portfolio to ensure safe and efficient production for our customers.

    About the Job

    You will manage and coach members of R&D department, incl. planning, coordination, delegation and supervision. Your other responsibilities are as follow:

    • Ensure that enough engineering capacity with the required skills is available in the team, recruit additional team members according to staff budget.
    • Development of technical specifications for new products, by liaising with stakeholders on product requirements.
    • Conduct development reviews and validations according to the milestones of company's development process.
    • Evaluate technical specifications of third-party components used for own developments, support purchasing in technical matters when required.

    About the Team

    You will need to manage a team of 12 engineers (Software, Electrical, Mechanical) and report into the Managing Director

    Skills & Experiences Required

    You will need min Degree in Engineering (Master or Bachelor), e.g. in Mechanics, Electrics, Electronics, or Software. Additional education in business administration or leadership would be an asset.

    • More than 10 years of experience in conceptualizing and engineering of electromechanical systems.
    • More than 5 years of experience in leading team of >5 people.
    • Competent in IoT related projects as you will need to lead team into this direction.We are looking to combine the hardware and IT team and need someone who is able to drive the organization in this direction.
    • Experienced in IOT and software development.

    This role pays up to 13k per month commensurate with you experience.
