My client is a well-established global Service Integrator organization that has been experiencing exponential growth. With a presence across the APAC region, the company boasts a workforce of approximately 5000 individuals. Singapore serves as the regional headquarters for APAC, and currently, they are actively seeking a Head of Sales for the APAC region.
About the Job:
In this role, you will report directly to the CEO, who is based in Singapore. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a P&L of over 500 million and leading a team of more than 60 professionals throughout the region.
- Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from targeted outbound efforts to deal closure, and managing ongoing account relationships, including upselling and renewals (both for new and existing accounts).
- Assuming responsibility for the overall regional sales targets and allocations.
- Cultivating relationships with the appropriate Prospect and Customer stakeholders, establishing yourself as a respected industry thought leader and trusted partner.
- Designing and executing business development strategies and plans across the APAC region.
- Leading and being accountable for top-line growth.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A proven track record in driving IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) sales across enterprise technology MNCs, with a particular focus on the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- Experience in selling infrastructure solutions both directly and through channel networks in the APAC region.
- Strong adherence to business ethics and values, coupled with a willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time across the region.
