They are currently looking for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence and the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Networking and IT Services Industry.
About the role
Reporting to the CEO directly, your responsibilities would includes
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the Networking and IT Services Industry locally and across the region
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Utilize data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance.
- Develop and implement processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization’s operations.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting performance metrics, market conditions, and growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote its solutions and services.
Skills and experience required
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on the Networking and IT Services
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
