This is a newly created role which will be leading a team and reporting into the Director for Shared Services. The candidate will need to be comfortable with a matrix reporting. Working closely with the business stakeholders and HR counterparts located globally, you will:
- Manage key stakeholders across various business units to drive HR strategies
- Point of contact for advice for regional HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence
- Support compensation and benefits, performance management, salary review, budget planning and analysis
- Be the subject matter expert for HRIS
- Develop and design internal policies and procedures as well as communication materials in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding as well as global mobility
- Drive HR initiatives and any other ad-hoc projects assigned
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ of HR operations experience, with team management experience preferably in a regional environment
- Experienced with Workday system
- Solid knowledge of HR legislations, policies, and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- May be required to travel (low frequency) as part of the role
