Our client is a security software development company which is mainly focused on providing brand protection and trace technology for clients located in multiple parts of the world including Israel, Europe, US etc. This sustainability focused company is now on a look out for a Head of Technology and Commercialization to be a key player in their dynamic team.
about the job
- Lead the development and execute the commercialisation of our tech application from POC to Industrial Roll-out
- Lead the operational execution and oversees the planning, costs and resources
- Oversee the development of the reader device, including all research, preparation and execution of all R&D experiments
- Collaborate with subcontractors to design and manufacture new and improved detection readers.
- Be hands-on in designing experiments, as well as conduct measurements, analysis and perform simulations.
- Responsible for overseeing the management of a functioning R&D lab, including managing & training a team of researchers
- Work closely with both teams in Israel and Singapore to align on project plans, to develop and commercialize a cohesive tech application and solution.
- Prepare demonstrations to showcase tech applications on demand to stakeholders and potential clients.
- Oversee the development of quick POC to showcase solutions for concept demos.
- Responsible for preparing all internal and external documentation for reporting as well as operational manuals.
job requirement
- PhD/Masters/Bachelor’s in Physics/Engineering or related sciences discipline
- Knowledge and experience with radiation sources and spectroscopy would be highly desirable
- Willing to travel extensively and work excess hours when required due to time zone differences.
