about the job

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will supervise a small team and work closely with Group Headquarters to set up the treasury and corporate finance function for Asia. You will manage liquidity and capital management, perform investment analysis, look at capital requirements and structures, cross-border transactions and cash forecasts. In addition, you will establish equity and debt finance solutions, and support M&A transactions. You will also look at market risks, risk hedging strategies and monitor utilisation and costs of facilities, and introduce relevant treasury technology and automation.

skills and experience required

To be successful in this role, you should be a strong business partner equipped with the following skills and experience:-

• Degree in Accountancy / Finance / CFA / ACCA
• At least 12 years relevant treasury experience particularly in cash management, cash flow projections, scenario analysis / financial modelling
• SAP is a great advantage, as well as experience setting up treasury function
• Driven, independent individual who adapts well in a fast-paced environment
